Meth Head - Meth Head only fuels melee speed since it gives 40% melee attack speed and 40% melee stamina efficiency so you use less stamina when melee-ing.This will start boosting your ability to slash through hordes of zombies incredibly fast, keeping your stamina and health up consistently. Berserker - This card adds 10% melee damage, 10% melee speed, and 5% move speed (non-sprint speed) for each melee kill in the last 4 seconds.So, as long as you’re running into groups of zombies and leading the way for your team and meleeing the Ridden, you’ll be fine on stamina. Those two combined put your stamina regeneration up to 20 per kill. With Holly, her character card grants her 10 stamina back every melee kill. It also lowers your stamina regeneration to -75%, but the plus side is that every melee kill will grant you 10 stamina back. It gives 100% stamina, so you need it early on. Adrenaline Fueled - This card is essential so you never run out of stamina.Battle Lust is a must for melee builds since it gives two points of health back for one melee kill.
